- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, after contacting us, we will schedule an in-home estimate to ensure that any underlying issues are addressed and understood, thereby providing an accurate quote and scope of work. However, simple repairs such as dings and dents, small corner repairs, and or holes in the walls or ceilings created by cutting or puncturing the drywall, we can often quote those virtually without having to schedule an in-home estimate. We work with digital contracts. Once you approve our estimate, we'll schedule a convenient time to complete the work. We strive to keep our bookings no longer than 1 to 2 weeks out, and for small repairs, often have the ability to schedule repairs within 2 days or sooner, with same-day repairs even possible. After completion of the work, we accept all forms of payment and can even take credit card payments on the spot in many cases. Finally, if you are not happy, we are not happy! At PatchMaster, we pride ourselves on creating happy customers. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply contact your local office and we will do what we can to make it right !
