- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will work together to figure out a price that works for you. There are many things to be accounted for when providing a service that recieves your hard earned money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do a walk-through with them in their home beforehand to figure out a set price. If a customer is to busy to do a walk-through or there isn't enough time then we can talk over the phone. Talking on the phone we will come up with a guesstimate. When setting the price in stone it's better for both of us if we do a walk-through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a cocktail waitress for 9 years. I had to make sure the tables etc were always up to par. Customers do not want to sit at a dirty table or use a dirty restroom. While keeping it clean I also had to carry on conversations, memorize orders, have multiple credit cards, and keep it all running smoothly.
