ReNew Roofing was not my first choice for roofing my house and garage. It was not even my second choice. But it was ultimately the right choice, and I am so glad I found them. James and Savanah were the absolute best people I could have found to do this once in a lifetime project.I live in Rice Lake and had originally signed a contract with a large well-known local business. They took my down payment and strung me along for over a year. Then they started getting squirrely about returning phone calls and changed the start date several times, and eventually dumped me in late fall. It took six weeks to get my money back and cancel the contract.Next, I call another well known name, as he had roofed my home church in Chetek. He came and did a quick look and left with a hand-written bid in my box. However, he said he thought he underlayment was fine and he probably wouldn't get into that. Considering the house is 100 years old and the current roof was over 30 years old, I thought that sounded weird, so I passed.I'm a new widow and this whole process was extremely hard to go through on my own. Aside from buying the house 25 years ago, this was the most money ever being put into it, and I didn't want to screw it up. A friend of mine who knew what I was going through found ReNew Roofing.I called, explaining that I was interested in a bed, and went outside to rake leaves. Within 20 minutes, James and Savanah from ReNew Roofing showed up at my house. They brought samples and informational books of two shingle lines they were certified in. They answered all my questions clearly. They had an estimate for me within 24 hours. I opted for storm shingles which would have a 50 year warranty, and even with the upgrade, ReNew Roofing was still less expensive than the other two roofers.Their crew started work the next week, and were done within a few days, despite some inclement weather. They were clean, quiet, and efficient. They put down tarps over the lawn and landscaping so everything was protected and picked up all of the debris several times daily. It turned out there were two layers of shingles to be torn off and the underlayment definitely needed to be replaced. When it was done, the new roof looked fantastic, and more importunately, it's safe and sound. ReNew Roofing promptly took care of registering the new Owens Corning Shingle warranty so I didn't have to worry about anything.Working with ReNew Roofing was an absolute blessing. I can't say enough good things about James and Savanah and their entire crew. I would highly recommend them and their products. They are honest, reliable, and compassionate people. They do fast, efficient, and top notch work, and go above and beyond what is expected. They have great customer support and service, which seems to be so lacking today. Living in a small town, word gets around pretty quickly about how you treat people and how well, or not, you do a job. This was a big project to go through, but it all turned out great, and ReNew Roofing was the reason why.

I was EXTREMELY happy with the work ReNew Roofing did roofing my home on Long Lake! Mandy Lindar was our first point of contact with ReNew and was EXTREMELY helpful in working with our insurance company on our claim. Mandy demostrated her professionalism by following through with me in all steps of the process, including following up with me during and after the work was completed! The crew that roofed our home were hard working and very dedicated to making sure the job was done accurately. I was EXTREMELY happy with the clean up the crew did! While I know there might be less expensive options in the market, I felt we clearly recieved the value for the work ReNew providing and stongly endorse there sevices if you are looking to have your home roofed!!!
