Introduction: I am one of the few Registered Dietitians in the area that provides services outside the hospital setting. Only Registered Dietitians should provide nutrition advice to anyone. I enjoy seeing people reach their results through simple changes in lifestyle habits. I don't believe in crazy diets or the latest trends. Making three changes in your daily routine can create a healthier lifestyle and get you to your ultimate goal without making sacrifices. I love the look on someone's face when they realize that they've reach their goal or have accomplished something they never thought they could do.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have to complete 75 hours of continuing education credits every five years to keep my license. I do this by going to conferences and attending seminars.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been an athlete all my life and had always strived to improve my ability in anyway I could. Eating well helped me feel good and be the best I could be. I wanted to pass that along to everyone I knew.
