I called Synergy to have them check on an issue with my furnace. They happened to have someone close by and they were there in 30 minutes. Trevor came out and ran the diagnostics check and determined everything was working fine. Trevor has been out for annual maintenance and installing other HVAC equipment before. Trevor is super diligent and trustworthy and I have always been happy with his service. All the people I have dealt with at Synergy have been great to work with.

Chase was very good and communicated how the inspection went. Only shortcoming was we had ask for an inspection of the dehumidifier but suspect he didnt do that as he didnt communicate about it. UPDATE - Added later as we found out he did the dehumidifier inspection. Overall a really good experience.
