One hour heating and cooling is the best hvac service I have worked with. A competitor of theirs did my annual check up and told me I needed a $1600 repair. I called one hour and the tech Kyle came and looked at the problem and it turns out it was a loose screw. They saved me $1600. They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They are my new go to company, their maintenance plan is also half the price of what Ive been paying.

The tech was very nice but tried to sell me an annual subscription for $120 plus $203 for the coil replacement. Oddly my furnace was working when he got here so I had to pay $99 for him to give me an estimate.
