- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal at Roman Tree Care is to provide you with a specific quote that targets your needs and wants. In order to give you with an individualized and accurate quote, we would send someone to your house, building, commercial to see the tree(s) and then we would provide you with an individualized FREE estimation to your email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Client requests an individualized free estimation from Roman Tree Care, LLC by calling us, email us or by fill out form in our website and a team member of Roman Tree Care would contact you to ask you for all information needed (Name, address, email, tree services, location of tree [please mark tree], form of payment [3% credit card convenience fee]) 2) A team member would go to your house, building, commercial to see the tree(s) 3) We would email you the quote, to accept our quote you can email or call us. 4)We would send you the contract where you can electronically sign it or if you prefer we can mail it to you. Contract would include a tentative schedule date for your tree services
