- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to help be super reasonable for different events as we understand how expensive things can be. Throughout the year, we also offer a variety of discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process normally starts out by giving the customer a quote explaining the fees. After we have discussed that, a deposit is required to book that day and time. The remaining balance is to be paid that day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Out bartenders are licensed and insured for the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin.
