- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates vary on the number of rooms in the property. There is no cookie cutter price as each client is able to customize their cleaning service by their needs. Services are provided for private homeowners and business owners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require new clients to have two consultations. First consultation is over the phone going over the many types of services and what WI Cleaners LLC can do to meet their needs. The second consultation is in person where the property is inspected to get a better idea of how long the service may take as well as a clearer picture of the rates.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Was assisting a friend with her cleaning business. Decided to take a leap of faith and began this business.
