What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We focus on face-to-face walk-throughs to ensure we understand the needs/wants/goals of our clients. It is important for us to communicate exactly what is being asked for- while providing our professional expertise on matters they may not be aware of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9+ years of experience within the industry. During this time, I have worked my way from the bottom of the totem poll, up. Starting as a laborer then lead and then foreman for the #1 rated company in Chicago, IL - I quickly realized my passion and drive to start my own family-owned business. My professional experiences have provided me the knowledge, education and training to become the business owner I am today: focusing on quality and integrity.
