Chris Straka was very courteous and quickly responsive to my e-mails. His technician washed all of the windows and doors on our entire home on the outside as requested. It is a raised ranch house so considerable ladder work was required and a lot of the lower level windows are close to dense shrubbery which made the job more difficult. The technician was right on time and the job took nearly four hours to complete because the windows were filthy and covered with insect residue. The technician was professionally dressed, well-groomed and polite. The windows are absolutely perfectly spotless and cleaner than they have ever been since we've lived here (30 years). The price was a very good value and the work was perfectly done. I cannot think of anything that Chris could or should do better in the future.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our first interaction with our customers is to provide a free, on-site estimate for service. This way, you know up front what the cost of the project will be versus a ballpark amount with surprises later.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We love working with residential and commercial customers. We've worked with schools, vacation properties, new construction, churches, retail store fronts, restaurants, golf courses and malls, just to name a few.

No problem: we have pros for every job.
