- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is standard in my business. Menu design is flexible as well as pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions about your vision and listen. Once I learn about your event details and listen to your ideas, I simplify the complex. Based on your vision and ideas I will propose them to my team and we will add our input and ideas. Then we make it happen!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Economics as well as 15 years experience as General Manager of a country club. We have hosted over 400 weddings / events both on site as well as off site.
