- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to negotiate specially if there is something included in my package that you would want traded for something else.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to chat and see what your looking for either by in person meeting, by video chat or by phone. I want to know what your favorite style is and how I can make sure you get what you are looking for. Once we have established that I am a good fit we get contracts signed and a down payment to hold your date. Kate Ross Photography does payments plans so you don't have to worry about paying in full.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken college classes for photography, video and editing. I have also taken classes online to improve my editing and skills as a photographer. I have done a lot of "test" shooting to make sure I can quickly adapt to changing light situations and what to look for in big group shots.
