- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not keep standard menus for in home service and prefer to tailor the menus to your tastes and budget. We are extremely flexible and can produce any menu in any location. On request we will come to your home to present a portfolio of previous menus, photographs and references from past and present clients.

Culinary graduate, business owner, baking school
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Chef Ted Weidman’s love of cooking began in childhood. By the age of 10, he was not only cooking full meals for his family of six, but he was creating his own recipes. By the time he was in high school, he knew that he wanted to be a chef. He had 6 years of home economics and his senior year he was teacher for 8th grade foods class. Ted was able to attend the University of Wisconsin - Fox Valley and received a degree in Hotel Cooking and Restaurant Management. With his degree in hand, Ted was ready to explore the culinary world.
