I can not say enough about how helpful and friendly Benjamin was in helping me with my computer problem. The issue I was having was more complicated than I think either of us initially though; but Benjamin kept at it and resolved the matter COMPLETELY. I would not hesitate to use his services again, and highly recommend him to anyone seeking computer repair and support services.

Benjamin was very knowledgeable and easily repaired my computers with a long list of issues. The backup program "in the cloud" is competitively priced for my four computers. I highly recommend this company!

I am a sales and support person with slightly above average computer knowledge, but when I need help for my personal computers or for my clients I call Benjamin of e-4power, LLC to help me out. He has saved me in many occasions and I currently recommend him to all my customers. He will do whatever it takes to resolve any issues, including working on a Sunday night.

My computer is old and slow. I use it more for personal use, not business, but I am extremely lost without it, and I am not at all computer savvy.
This time it froze in a way it had not done before, and I was locked out
After calling Ben, he was here promptly the next morning,and immediatly went to work to fix the problem., explaining all the way what was going on.
There is no doubt he is tototally knowlegable and competent in his field of work, apart from being friendly and easy to talk to.
It is obvious he gives this service above and beyond what is expected of him.
I am a senior citizen and am always wary of who I allow in my home as I need to feel safe.
Benjamin is a pleasure to be around.
My computer now runs a lot faster and I couldn't be happier.
I have signed up for his monthly service, knowing he is just at the end of the phone.., and I would not hesitate to recomend him to anyone and everyone.

I had 2 computers down. I had the cable company come and they said it was fine. Called Ben and he came out, fixed both computers and monitor's them for me and takes care of any problems on his end. I have no worry and I know that if I have a problem I can just send an email. Everything is working great. I'm so very happy.
