Russell was a dream to work with. He was hanging artwork for my sometimes prickly, elderly mother and he handled everything with grace and respect. Russell was punctual, polite, and efficient. He brought his own tools and was neat and respectful of our space. My only slight issue was that when we discussed the placement of the rods extending out from the center storage column in the closet organization system he installed, he did not check the height to ensure that shirts/pants could properly hang from the lower rods, so several of them ended up being totally useless...and because they're bracketed in the wall, they are not easy to change.
