I recently hired Juliane Mackaron to cater a luncheon that I was hosting for a group of prospective clients. The occasion presented some challenges with regards to specific menu requirements, particularly for one guest who was on a Vegan dietary regimen. After a brief consult with Juliane, an extensive and varied assortment of salads, entrees and desserts was recommended. This resulted in an impressive display of food options and choices that was thoroughly enjoyed by all of the attendees.
