- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since my workouts are only 30 minutes, I am able to charge less per session. It varies per client but typically $30 per session. I also give clients small workouts to do on their own in between sessions at no cost. Included will be great help and guidance with nutrition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down, talk about specific goals you want to achieve and get to know each other a little. Then the real work begins and we see where your fitness level starts and we build from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension training, group and personal training. My favorite is boxing, such a fun effective workout. I have been training people for 5 years and continue to learn everyday.
