What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on size and material needed for your project. We will come to your home and give you a hassle free price. Based on your needs and desires.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would set up a time for an onsite visit. Get measurements and go over what your ideas are. Then we would go over your options so you can decide what benefits you the best. From there we would give you an accurate price. When you decide you are ready to move forward we would go over a detailed work order. After your work order the real work begins. We will obtain your permit, order materials, and complete your project in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the state of Wisconsin and have completed all state required training and regulations. We have completed all the training from the manufacturer to insure that everything is installed properly. We have decades of experience in this industry.
