I keep my pricing competitive by keeping my overhead reasonable. I don't invest in expensive advertising and try to rely mainly on references. Aspire Hardwood Floors aims to delivery quality at an affordable price. I also offer a 10% discount to customers who pay in cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to establish a friendly and positive relationship early on, based on trust and communication. Both these qualities make for a smooth, easy process from beginning to end.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with both residential and professional customers of all incomes and ages. I enjoy getting to know my customers and building a personal relationship with them.
