Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: our service stands out from not only our quality service But the excellent quality of the products we use..example, instead of basic paper tape for 90 corner need. We'll use " perfect 90" for inside/outside corners. We'll still use basic tape if customers request it. 2nd. If the client is going with texture. Unless it's knock down or orange peel, we recommend a level 5 finish for even sand texture:) The finished product has always brought me satisfaction when I can see the happiness from the customers on their project.

Drywall Installation and Hanging

We had a challenging project for Jim. The house had a ceiling that was sinking due to poor craftsmanship when it was built a century ago. I decided to raise the ceiling and it resulted in some weird angles to drywall. Jim came in and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier with his work and his personalility.

General Carpentry

Jim did a great job framing my basement. He was thorough and ensured that our vision was accurate. We also appreciate how well he cleaned up after he was finished!

Drywall Installation and Hanging

Jim was great work with. He did a awesome job. We couldn’t be happier. He did our whole basement about 1800 square feet. It turned out great. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

General Carpentry

We had ripped down some wood panelling on a wall and had some 70s texture on another wall. He worked with us and our budget (we did a little prep work to save him time and us money). He sanded, skim coated, sanded to perfection, then textured and put in new floorboards! He arrived on time, he's super nice, very clean and tidy, and worked with my schedule. Very pleased and we will use Jim again for certain!!!!!

Drywall Installation and Hanging

Jim was a nice guy and for the price I paid ($2000) he did a lot of work I’ll give him that. He covered 4 walls with 1/4”, replaced a drop ceiling with drywall, and rehung 6 recessed lights that needed to be wired through the joists. Again for the price I paid he did an acceptable job with the drywall. A little rough in some places but it’s fine for what I expected. My biggest issue was the mess that was left to clean up. I already cleaned the floor, but he didn’t even pick up the paper he had put down. I’ve mopped my brand new luxury vinyl floor four times and there’s still drywall streaks on it and there are small black scuff marks all over. ALL OVER. I assumed he would cover or move the loveseat that was in the room but that is now pretty much destroyed since it even has mud dried on it. There were daily drywall dust footprints across my kitchen carpet to the bathroom. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I feel bad having to write this but it’s taking me as long to clean up this mess as it took him to drywall. I’m extremely frustrated.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is really hands-on approach. We prefer in person meet at the job site to both meet the folks and take our own measurements. Then it's a much more accurate quote as well as discuss any details this way..its more personable as well..

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

started as an industrial maintenance man. then worked with a professional of 30 yrs learning my trade..

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

most customers are easy to work with it seems as long as everything's documented in the proposal. Got to keep all parties involved in the project up to date on even the small details.
