Dave is very informative and knowledgeable during the inspection. Not only did Dave point out troubled areas he gave a solution to those problems. He is very thorough with the walk through and steered us in the right direction with purchasing our dream home. The inspection report is very easy to follow with great picture indications and descriptions. I would highly recommend using D & D Home Services.

My fiancé and I just received an accepted offer on our new home and had a very small window of time to complete the homeinspection. I was very nervous about what inspector to hire as some don't have the experience necessary to conduct a thorough inspection. We hired David and could not be happier about that decision. Not only does he have an amazing price but he did such a thorough inspection. Being first time home buyers we don't know a lot about homes but David took the time to explain what he was looking for, how to use everything properly, and for the issues he did find he explained to us how they should be corrected. He gave us a well organized report less than 24 hours later that included the issues that were found along with pictures as well as how we should go about fixing those items. I will absolutely be suggesting David to all of my family and friends.

Dave did a great job on my homeinspection. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. Dave explained things to me so I could understand what needed to be fixed and how to go about fixing them. I would highly recommend using Dave as your home inspector!!!

I encourage all new customers to walk with me on the inspection and ask questions about the home and inspection .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state certified building,electric,HVAC and plumbing inspector as well as a home inspector. I inspect new homes during construction. This helps me understand if there is a problem and what may be causing it.
