- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is either hourly or flat rate. It's based on the service and the client's needs. We work within of clients' budget but we do charge for our time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to the client and find out if we can help the client. We meet the client. The meeting is free and the focus is to learn about the client's business and accounting needs. For business client's we also tour the business. We want to actually see how your business works! Client receive an engagement letter outlining fees and recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a LOT education. QuickBooks & Xero Certified. Master degrees and decades of training
