- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Daily Visits: We schedule a meet and greet in the owners home so the environment feels comfortable for the pet - we genuinely try to get to know each other and make sure we will be the right fit for you and vice versa. We then, move on to scheduling appointments, signing forms, and exchanging contact information if hired. Private Training: We schedule a Behavior Consultation, also known as the "initial consult" which is priced at $75. We address your concerns with the behaviors of your dog and figure out the best way to go forth with training. From there, we will move on to signing forms, filling out information about your pet and yourself, and scheduling appointments if hired. Group Training: Is provided through a doggy daycare that I hold my classes in. Any questions or wanting to sign up all gets done through a phone call and a phone intake that I fill out on my end. **Before continuing with any service, we require UP-TO-DATE VACCINATIONS including: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella!**
