Rick (owner) gave an incredibly thorough estimate for a duplex that was lived in for 10 yrs and needed significant work after the tenant moved out. He wrote out a long email detailing all the specific, individual services he recommended and provided a Google photo folder with images of all the issues with the home (which he called out in the email). His communication is unparalleled and we look forward to working with Rick & his team to get everything squared away.

If you need handyman services for your home, I not only recommend using House Doctors, but I also recommend having their service techs look for other potential issues in your home that you might not have thought of (fire alarms, fixtures, doors, etc). If they are coming to repair one thing, you may as well have them repair everything else while they’re at it!
