FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not. Sometimes we do charity work for less than our cost. That's the music business. That has become employment as well as we do this because we can not make back the taxes, fast food, individual mandate, and banking scams but employment. Right now we are only quoting longer hours or bigger audiences but if you want us for some special event for your own reasons, then don't feel that because we quote (it costs us) on only large jobs you can't ask us - especially if we can plan ahead not TOO far but not TOO quick. Lighting is our weak side but we do have some of course.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to the partnership with a professional sound engineer who works during the week, we specialize in sound setups where a two person team is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BBA, AAS, AAS, AS and certification as professional manufacturing engineer in training 1992. Sound engineer has seminars from the recording artist that did 'Thriller' and others in Chicago. Lifetime JBL reconer in Milwaukee, JBL's biggest market. Live sound PA setup and rental by the day or house mixes (Joel requires full access to the master mix console to work in a nightclub for band or recorded music).
