Jack was referred to me by one of my fellow Realtors. Although she hadn't personally worked with him, she had heard his rates were fair and that he did quality work.
After speaking with Jack about his experience, I felt confident enough to have him come out and inspect my HVAC system. From the start, he was professional, honest, and easy to work with. I really appreciated that he didn't charge me until the job was fully completed and everything was working properly.
When we had another HVAC issue later on, I called Jack again without hesitation. He was just as responsive and prompt the second time. He communicated clearly, walked me through the problem over the phone, explained the recommended solution, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done and the cost before moving forward.
I would definitely recommend Jack to anyone looking for a trustworthy HVAC technician. I'll absolutely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs.
