We built a home with CCH two years ago. Bryan and his team were all very helpful throughout the entire building process. The best thing was that the service didn't stop after the sale either. While there were no major issues, anyone that has built a home knows that there are always little things here and there that come up once you have settled in (we've built five in different parts of the country). Bryan and his team were always responsive and took care of any issues. Finally, the level of detail and the quality of the craftsmanship speak for themselves when you step inside any CCH home. When we had to sell this past year (work relocation), my house was under contract within three days of listing at asking price. I have no doubt this is was in large part due to the quality of the work that CCH did. I would highly recommend Classic Custom Homes if you are looking to build.

We chose CCH for several reasons, but the two biggest reasons were the quality of the homes we toured and the convenience of having an in house draftsman and interior designer.
We were not disappointed, as we very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. CCH allowed us to do some of the work which saved us a good deal of money and allowed us to select some higher end options we otherwise would not have been able to. This is not something all builders will allow. CCH also got is a little better than a week ahead of schedule. We are extremely happy with our decision to trust CCH with our dream home and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about building a new home. A huge thank you to Brian and CCH team, we absolutely love it!
