Jordan’s work is exceptional—his skill and craftsmanship are top-notch. However, his responsiveness and follow-through have been lacking. It seems that he no longer prioritizes handyman jobs, as he has missed several appointments—not only for me but also for an elderly individual I referred to him. He has also failed to return calls. This lack of reliability is disappointing, especially given the high quality of his work. While I no longer feel comfortable supporting his services, I do wish him all the best moving forward. I cannot say enough good things about Jordan. Prompt. Personable. Professional. I'm out of Ps. So the only thing I have to say is hire him. He is great. Absolutely knowledgeable, professional and unlike so many handyman he understands that it's more important to do a great job and get repeat business than just making a quick buck! Will I use him again? The better question to ask is would I bother calling anyone else? The answer is no. Hire Jordan. You won't be sorry.
