- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time if not always we charge based on the job, not by the hour. We take into consideration sqft, frequency, and how much cleaning/restoration is needed. We offer 10% discount for older seniors and veterans. Referral discounts by be available, always ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the potential customer. Discussing the cleaning job task, listening to their specific needs and expectations, and providing a fair quote based on the scope of work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and commercial. We specify in residential and move our cleans.
