- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated. It's based on soil level and square footage. We will work with you to make sure you feel that you received a value, and can tell others about our services and have had a very positive experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them at their home or workplace and after introductions, I ask questions about their current cleaning methods and standards. It is helpful for me to understand those things. With permission, I then measure the areas in need of cleaning, observe any stains and the soiling level, asking questions about them. Then i usually take some pictures, and give a quote, and/or I send them a proposal through email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have already received specialized training from The Master's Touch in Phoenix, AZ. I also tune in to a weekly tele-conference call whenever I have the opportunity to learn from my co-workers around the USA and Canada. I plan to get training in MN for a special type of membrane sealant on all types of flooring, including VCT this Summer (2016)
