Second, our truck mount unit combined with a patented system and tools cleans hard surfaces at 200+ degrees when necessary, and at up to 2500psi. Our patented hard surface cleaning tools and system are contained inside a domed vacuum, leaving little to no excess water after cleaning! I can clean upholstery and carpet as well with controlled heat and pressure and Saphire Scientific tools. I always do my best to restore old tile and grout, carpeting, stone, upholstery, etc...to a like new appearance EACH & EVERY time. I can also color seal grout, clear seal it, and recently we have begun offering coatings through Ultra Durable Technologies. On carpeting, I use a professional fiber rinse during the cleaning process, to neutralize the fibers in your carpet. Our process gently sprays the rinse into the carpet, and our powerful Hoss 700 carpet cleaner then vacuums the soil, most stains, and soap out of the fibers, leaving you carpet very close to neutral PH.
