Billy gave us a lot of great suggestions before we hired him. His price is extremely fair and we discussed the installation and I hired him. Must have texted him with questions 20 times! He and Chris showed up and were completely done with the 12x12 gazebo in 5 hours! We tipped them because we were so pleased with everything. Normally I do things like this myself but it’s a two-person job and they have done a hundred of these. I’d still be unpacking it! Wouldn’t change anything!

Came over to my house and worked very hard on a Sunday no less for roughly six hours! He brought a helper with him who were both extremely professional and easy to work with. They both really knew what they were doing on this Gazebo install. My neighbor and I couldn’t help but watch them work, and we both figured if it were us installing we would be losing parts, and jimmying things into place :). These two had tables that they brought and they made a little assembly line with power tools. I gotta be honest at first when he quoted me his price for installing my gazebo I thought it was maybe a smidge high. After they finished however I knew it was money very well spent! I know for me and my family it was a heck of allot cheaper than a divorce if my wife and I woulda tried to put it together and drill it and anchor it into concrete ;).

Billy was extremely quick and helpful in addressing all of my questions and requests in advance of the project, then checked in the night before we were set to start to make sure everything was good to go, and then showed up right on time the next morning with his partner/helper. They have done about 100 of these installations, so they knew exactly what to do and how to go about it. They had all the equipment they could possibly need, and were fast and efficient in their work. There was one small detail that I had a question about after the fact, and Billy was super responsive in helping resolve that minor issue. Billy is both easy-going and thoroughly professional to work with. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience with this project.

Billy was extremely responsive, he contacted me within 30 minutes after my request. He assembled a 12 x 14 hard top gazebo in 5 hours. He even assembled our patio table and chairs. Don't hesitate to call Billy, he does excellent work.
