Dan was great! He worked with me on a small project to provide the city with structure calculations for new floor space. He provided great service in a timely manner. Will be calling Dan again in the future for any design needs.

Dan was easy to work with! He was very thorough and easily accessible. The plans he designed for us were exactly what we wanted and we’re excited to begin our addition!

We found Dan on Thumbtack and asked him if he was interested in doing architectural plans for a new addition to our home. He responded promptly! We set a time for him to see our place and listen to our thoughts and ideas about what we needed. We proceeded to work with him over the next months and could not be happier with the results. He did a very professional job and his knowledge and expertise provided us with money saving ideas. If we have another project we will definitely go with Dan at Delta Design LLC.

Even though we never met in person, Dan was easy to work with, understood my goals and delivered exactly what I needed. He is not the first architect I have worked with, but we are new to the area. He will be my go to guy for the next project(s).

I very much appreciate Dan's attention to detail in his plans and for his patience as we were trying to figure out exactly what we wanted. I would reccomend him and hire him again

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for project design is on an individual case. in residential, it is usually by the sq. ft.(ranging from 1.35 psf to 2.75 psf depending on style and complexity) in Commercial, it is done by fee, based on the discipline/s needed for the design (IE: Arch, Struct, Mech, Elect)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once I have been brought onboard, we begin by setting up an initial "Meet and Greet" meeting. I want to get to know what the client is thinking, in regards to their project. I like to keep the relationship light and easy. The client needs to know that while his or her project is a very important one, there is no reason that we can't have fun putting it together. I want them to ask questions, and tell me what they want incorporated into the project. I will be honest with them and let them know if what they want, or are thinking, is practical or economically feasible. During the course of design, they will have amply time to study and evaluate the project, and modify it before it is released for pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? For the past 43+ years, all my planning and design has been hands on and field related. starting out in custom design manufactured housing, and the working into commercial/industrial/institutional planning and design. I was fortunate to work for some of the best companies and contractors in the area. There are very few construction types that I haven't been involved in, in some design capacity.
