Cleaning is a huge part of what we do, but it's not everything! Our customers are our number one priority and making sure they are provided with the best customer service possible. We go above and beyond to make sure their needs are always met! We are a small company so our customers will always have the same member of our crew coming to their home or business and not a different face every time. I think that's very important to building a strong business/client relationship. I most enjoy seeing the faces of my customers when they see their freshly cleaned office or home, and how thankful they are. Everyone gets busy and needs help sometimes, and to know I will be the one helping them is a pretty great feeling! I'm a very organized person and as we know, that goes hand and hand with cleaning. With almost 14 years experience, cleaning has always been something I enjoy.

The service was awesome and they did a amazing job...I've had 5 different companies come b4 them and was disappointed but they did exactly what needed to be done and did it how it should be done. so I'm definitely going to be using them over and over!

No, it all depends on size, frequency, and the condition.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a time and date to meet with the customer at the location where services are needed to give a free estimate. This also gives us an opportunity to meet face to face and get to know each other a little better, and to get a better understanding on all the services they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Green clean certified, carpet and upholstery certified, master certification, customer service certified, bio hazard and chemical certified, blood borne pathogen certified, mold removal certification. Up to par on all OSHA requirements and regulations.
