No, it all depends on size, frequency, and the condition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up a time and date to meet with the customer at the location where services are needed to give a free estimate. This also gives us an opportunity to meet face to face and get to know each other a little better, and to get a better understanding on all the services they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Green clean certified, carpet and upholstery certified, master certification, customer service certified, bio hazard and chemical certified, blood borne pathogen certified, mold removal certification. Up to par on all OSHA requirements and regulations.
