- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates. Prices are set upon agreement to the contract but can change if customer asks for extra to be done or i uncover something both at needs to be fixed and the customer wants me to fix it. Seniority citizen, veteran, and non profit organization discounts are given. Discounts on the job cost to anyone are also given if whoever hired me is pleasant to work for, respectful, kind, and deserving of keeping some of their hard earned money, the job goes smooth, and i finish sooner than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person or talk over the phone to get to know people a bit. Learn their personality as much as possible in order to be able to help them and make them happy with the work I do to the best of my ability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
9 years on the job experience and lots of connections with others in the field in order to be able to answer any questions and do research in to how best to do any job. From using the right products, to getting the best end results and having everything hold up to the test of time.
