Nick from On Point Improvements did a great job for us at a great price, and he included a solid warranty that the other estimates we got did not include. Our job ended up being a huge hassle, because the previous homeowner buried an electrical line very shallowly and without conduit. Because the previous homeowner did this himself and the locates couldn't have possibly detected this, the line got hit when fence posts were getting put up. Nick really showed up for us here. Not only did he fix our electrical situation, he wrapped our line in conduit and buried it deeper so we can avoid these types of things in the future. I feel this is a prime example of Nick going above and beyond for us. He also foresaw a few problems with the initial fence layout my wife and I proposed, and he helped us come up with some creative solutions to solve those problems. I don't give out five star reviews often, but On Point Improvements definitely deserves these five stars. We will be hiring them again in the future, and we give them our highest recommendation.

He came out and fixed a few posts on my fence. Noticed a couple of additional things that were needed and quoted them out as well. Then when he found out that he couldn't find the exact parts to complete the job, he took the extra time to custom make them! Awesome!! Thank you!! I'd recommend OnPoint to everyone!!

Nick did an amazing job. He made sure that everything was done right. He was very respectful and gave great suggestions. He talked to us about everything first and also when he was doing the job. If one store didn't have what we wanted he went to others to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Nick is a very clean person and he also has a clean work ethic. Nick did our kitchen floor and toy room floor. We likedid his work so much that we are having him do our deck/ 3 season porch. We recommended him to our friends and he will be doing a friendsearch floor next week. We had 5 other people come to our house and talk to us about the floors and none of them came even close to how good and reasonable Nick is. I will be having Nick do more work for us this year. Thank you Nick for doing such an amazing job!!

I make sure I ask plenty of question to make sure I know exactly what they are looking for.
Than I will take measurements and put an estimate together.
If the estimate looks good we will move forward on scheduling the project and getting started.
