My standard home inspection services are as follows: * I'll inspect all of the major systems and components of the home inside and out, from the foundation to the roof. * I use the latest tools and technology to ensure that you receive accurate information including a TIF8800 gas leak detector, an extra-long ladder to inspect tall roofs, and an iPad to compile my findings as I work. * I'll inspect all of the following, when visible and accessible: - Roofs - Electrical System - Exterior Claddings - Plumbing System - Porch and Deck - HVAC System - Attached Garage - Insulation and Ventilation - Foundation - Basement and Crawl Space I use state-of-the-art InspectIt software to customize your report, which will include detailed descriptions and digital photos of any defects I discover. I'll email you your report. My job isn't finished until you understand everything in it.
