I'll programs and pricing options are customized to be specific to each person, their goals, and their resources.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial 30 minute face to face chat to determine if we are a fit. If we feel good about working together, we schedule an initial assessment day and determine a training schedule based on goals, resources, and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in exercise and sport science. Masters degree in exercise and sport science. Strength training certificate from national strength and conditioning association CSCS/NSCA. First aid/CPR/AED certified. Precision Nutrition - Exercise Nutrition Pn1 certification. Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist-CETI. Masters degree in Nutrition Science & Integrated Health preparing for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Credentials.
