- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge houlry plus material or 1 base estimate for the whole project. Depending on the circumstances. For instance if I am trouble shooting a circuit like lets say you have 5 plugs and a light all of a sudden stops working all at once. There can be multiple issues. Involving this problem or one simple solution. I wouldn't know so I would have to charg hourly. On the flip side if you want to install 5 plugs and 1 light fixture. I can access the situation and see what will it take for me to finish the project then offer you and estimate to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been through 3 years of Telecommunications training receiving my BICSI Tech certificate. Then completed a 5 year apprenticeship program with the union and became a journeyman electrician. Now I am a licensed Master Electrician in MD. Also Osha Cert. Manhole Cert. and Fire Alarm Cert.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is a retired Electrician. I been doing Electrical work aince I was 14 years old. Now I hold a Master License.
