Leonard did a great job with our pre-drywall inspection. He identified several important items that we were able to bring to the builder’s attention before the walls were closed.
His report was detailed, easy to understand, and included helpful photos. He also took the time to explain his findings afterward and answered my husbands questions. Even our realtor complimented the quality and thoroughness of his work.
Sabrina was also wonderful to work with throughout the process. She was very responsive, communicated clearly, and made scheduling and coordinating the inspection easy.
Overall, we had a great experience with Leonard and Ellingwood Pro and would definitely recommend them, especially to anyone purchasing a new construction home.

We had a great experience with our homeinspection. The inspector was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the walkthrough. The report was detailed, well-organized, and delivered promptly, with photos and explanations that made it easy to understand both major concerns and minor maintenance items.
What really stood out was the attention to detail and the willingness to answer questions honestly and patiently. Nothing felt rushed, and we felt well informed about the condition of the home and what to plan for moving forward. I would absolutely recommend this inspector to anyone buying a home and would use them again without hesitation.

Incredibly thorough! Looked at everything he possible could, let us walk with him while he was doing the inspection and explained what he was looking for and what it means if he found something. Didn’t get get frustrated when we asked a lot of questions. I would 100% recommend him to any and everyone needing an inspection and will use him for any future homeinspections needed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of services and packages without Basic Package starting at $475. Our most sold package is our Advance Home Inspection Package which starts at $650. To view all of our packages please visit our website. We are best found by googling Ellingwood Pro Home Inspectors
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers find us online and give us a call or use our easy scheduling tool on our website to book us. Once you are booked we will call you and your agent within 1 business day to introduce ourselves and explain the process. All of our inspection reports are produced and published on the same day as the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home inspectors must complete continuing education every year to stay current. The amount of continuing education needed depends on the state in which we operate. Our Inspectors are licensed or certified in VA, MD, WV and TN.
