Our law firm throws a big Ugly Sweater Christmas party every year, and this year we had close to 200 people there. I just want to say how impressed we were with the balloon setup. It honestly made a huge difference in the look and feel of the whole event.She showed up a day or two before to plan it out she was on time, was extremely professional, and handled everything from start to finish. The balloons looked amazing and really fit the fun Christmas theme of the party. A lot of people commented on them throughout the night and asked who did the setup.What I appreciated most was how easy she made everything. With an event that size, there are a lot of moving parts, and it was nice knowing the decorations were completely taken care of. She handled the entire setup and then came back to take everything down afterward without any issues at all.You can tell she really cares about doing a great job. Everything looked great, she was easy to work with, and the whole process was smooth. If youre hosting a party, corporate event, or any kind of celebration, I would absolutely recommend using her.We will definitely be using her again for future events. 10/10

Charleston Charm is wonderful. We had a full balloon arch made for my sons birthday. Only a week advanced notice and it was just as requested, delivered and assembled a few hours before the party. Our son loved it and so did the guests to his party. We will definitely be using this business for future events!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We offer a 10% discount for all military, first responders and Healthcare workers. We also offer a discount for school events.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Clients often express interest and send me inspiration photos of what they are looking for. Once we establish details, thr client will complete the reservation request form. Once that is received, an invoice will be sent.
