Some culinary and been cooking for a professional for 17 yrs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I been the catering chef at Holiday inn suites in South Charleston for 5 yrs and a lot of the people I cater for pushed need into it.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I cater everyday at my job so I guess all of my project. Anywhere from 2 to 16 hrs.
