FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different so it is very difficult to give a price without seeing the space.I charge anywhere from 40 to 75 cents per square foot depending on size, how dirty and how many obstacles. For example, a large open space would be priced at or near 40 cents per square foot versus a small space with many corners and hard to reach areas would be closer to the 75 cents per square foot price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want my customers to know what my equipment can do for them. I try to get them to at least view my videos either on facebook or my website or even recent jobs I may have on my phone. I am also willing to give a free demonstration so the customer can judge for themselves. Of course, I also need to see the space that they want to clean so I can give them an accurate price. I'm not trying to give a low price to get in the door and then up sale my way into a profit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory training from tool manufactures and product training.
