She’s very professional and easy to communicate with, and if you want someone to clean without moving anything she is a good option. Also the bathrooms were immaculate. She worked hard for hours. However, she doesn’t make beds, or fold laundry (if you pay extra for laundry) or move things in rooms. She spent a lot of time on small details but didn’t realize the big picture did not look better. There were a few rooms where it looked like she only vacuumed and did the windows. I think the house was too big for her. She did say she would bring another worker the next time, but as I told her, you only get one chance to make a first impression. I have hired many cleaners on here for move outs and biweekly service before I moved and this is the first one who got less than a five star review from me.
