Introduction: I do things right the first time. I can count on less than one hand the amount of times I have ever had to fix anything I built, fixed, or installed. I'm now 57 years old. And did my first roof with my Dad, and Uncle when I was 8. Having been in the remodeling, and property preservation industries for most of my life, I have learned one thing that is most important... There is no one "right" way to do things. But there are a bunch of ways to mess things up... Remodeling, and moving are two of the most stressful things in the world. I aim to make the process as quick, efficient, and stress free as I can. Needed some fans installed and tile work done at my Va Beach condo. I’m out of state, so I worked with Bill remotely. He communicated throughout the projects and sent pics and videos to show work in progress. The project required Bill to use his experience and craftsmanship to make things look great and work properly even with a few curves we threw at him. Without reservation, I recommend Bill for tile, drywall or electrical work and probably about anything else you might need done. Consider me a happy customer.

Bill helped me repair a broken cast iron drain line at a rental property. It required cutting into the ceiling to get to the drain line and replacing a considerabile amount of pipe. The work required quick action and Bill really helped me out by getting it done in 1 day of work. He did a great job communicating with my tenants and cleaning up before he left. Price was fair, communication was great, and the job got done. 10/10 would recommend.
