I got an automated message immediately, which stated they needed more information to give me a quote. I had included pictures and details with my first message. I messaged the company asking what further information they needed and have never been contacted by the company in any way. The only "communication" from them was the automated message. Obviously, take your business to a company that wants it and will work for it.
