I wish I could give this company zero stars. This company has some of the worst customer service and communication I have experienced. My appointment was first rescheduled, then I was told we were still confirmed and they just needed to provide an ETA. After waiting and following up, I was then informed last minute that they could not make it at all.
There was no proactive communication, no clear updates, and no regard for my time. If there was an issue with availability, that should have been communicated honestly and earlier instead of giving mixed messages.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values reliability or basic communication.
