Leo power washed our house. He did a fantastic job! It looks good as new! Told us exactly what he was spraying on the house and what he was doing. He was very pleasant to work with. Next time we need a power washing we will definitely be calling Leo! Highly recommend!

Leo was easy to work with. He was responsive, and clearly explained what he was going to do. He put out a fair estimate after I sent pictures, and he arrived on time to start the job. The exterior of the house looks amazing, and I’m confident that it will be mold free for the rest of the year. I’d highly recommend using Leo for your pressurewashing needs.

Leo did an outstanding job soft washing my house. He even did my deck and got the windows clean, and pressurewashed my front steps to get some old grime off. There was one spot in particular on the front of the house that he could not get clean, but Leo went into his trailer of tricks and got the spot off the siding and the house looks brand new! Will definitely be using Leo for all my house washing needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on house size and degree of dirt and mold on the house but prices start around 150.00.
To be fair to the customer we need to look at a property before we can provide an accurate, affordable quote and so there are not surprises
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Inspect the home, explain the process I will use to clean the home and give a quote. No ladders will be needed during my process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of Soft-washing properties. With our top of the line equipment, training, knowledge and experience we will get your project done properly.
