William came the same afternoon that I found his name on Thumbtack and even brought his assistant Raul with him. I described the problem and they did thorough diagnostics. While they could not fix the problem their diagnostics will help me in getting warrantee service from the company that originally installed the malfunctioning water heater. They were very professional and tried hard to fix the problem. Even though they weren't able to fix it, their work was still valuable. We would certainly hire them again.
